Craniosacral Therapy (CST) focuses on the Craniosacral System, which includes the cranium, sacrum, spinal cord and the central nervous system. As Craniosacral Therapists, we listen deeply to the body. Focusing on the health of the body as a whole allows access to deeper levels of information about the musculoskeletal, myofascial and lymphatic systems. From this place we are accessing a level of rest in the body that realigns these functional systems as well as providing ground for recovery from a variety of emotional experiences.
